Siqi Mou — Founder, Hello Ava

Siqi Mou is the founder of Hello Ava. Before taking on the world of skincare AI, Siqi was a financial news anchor at Bloomberg TV. Siqi is also a concert pianist for 20+ years. Siqi received her MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business, her MPA from Harvard Kennedy School and Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Stanford University, where she was elected Phi Beta Kappa.

Courtney Caldwell — COO and Co-Founder, ShearShare

Courtney Caldwell is the COO and co-founder of Shear Share. Prior to cofounding ShearShare, Courtney managed a boutique-consulting firm. Courtney has held positions at Oracle as vice president of marketing, head of demand gen & JAPAC field marketing at RightNow Technologies.

Naomi Hirabayashi and Marah Lidey — Co-Founders, Shine

Naomi Hirabayashi is the co-founder of Shine. Prior to Shine, Naomi was the Chief Marketing Officer at DoSomething.org, the largest organization for young people and social action in the world. Naomi lives in Brooklyn with her husband, is passionate about diversifying entrepreneurship, women and confidence, and believes Brené Brown is a queen.

Marah Lidey is the co-founder of Shine. Her expertise lies at the intersection of millennials and messaging; Marah previously directed mobile and social teams for brands like DoSomething.org, American Express and Viacom. A World Economic Forum Global Shaper, and one of the Top 35 People to Watch in NYC Tech by Built in NYC, Marah also actively advocates for increasing racial and socioeconomic diversity in technology and entrepreneurship.
